Bosch Series 8 90cm Induction hob with Extra added power Ceramic Black

The Bosch PXX975DC1E is a 90cm built-in Series 8 induction hob with a black ceramic glass finish and a bevelled "Comfort Profile" trim. It features an extra-large cooking surface with flexible cooking zones and a range of smart cooking functions. This model does not include an integrated ventilation system like the PVS series. 

Key features

• FlexInduction zones: You can use two of the induction cooking zones individually or combine them with a touch of a button to create one large, continuous zone. This is ideal for using large pots, pans, or roasters.
• PerfectFry Sensor: Continuously monitors and regulates the pan's temperature to prevent food from scorching. You can choose from five predefined temperature levels for consistent frying results.
• DirectSelect Premium: A spacious, intuitive touch panel that runs across the front of the hob. It gives you direct access to all cooking zones, power levels, and special functions.
• PowerBoost: Increases the power level of a cooking zone for rapid heating, such as boiling water. It can bring water to a boil almost three times faster than a conventional ceramic hob.
• MoveMode: Divides the FlexInduction zones into three predefined areas with different power levels. This allows you to quickly move a pan from a high heat area for boiling to a lower heat area for simmering.
• PanBoost: Heats up pans and cookware faster than the highest standard power setting, while also helping to protect your pans from overheating.
• ReStart and QuickStart: The QuickStart function automatically detects cookware when you switch on the hob. The ReStart function saves your last selected settings for a short time if the hob is accidentally turned off.
• Design: A black ceramic glass surface with bevelled front and sides gives the hob an elegant, high-end appearance.
