Refund policy

Firstly, We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. All sales are considered final once the order has been delivered and accepted.
Secondly, The only exception applies as defects, dents, different product, physical damage, seen at a time of delivery must be reported immediately with supporting video, photographic evidence directly at location mention below. If a product is found to be defected, Technical issues, mechanical issues upon its very first use and the issue is reported within 7 days of receiving your order, we will only accept replacement accordingly.
However, we value our customers and stand behind the quality of our products. Therefore, for any issues arising, we offer an _exchange_ with same product or also with different product with same worth OR free repair facility to ensure your product continues to function as expected T&C apply.

To be eligible for a Exchange offer, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase before claiming.
