Conditions for claiming warranty of bought product from KAKA.PK

KAKA.PK is presenting you with the best home Appliances in the town. Surprisingly enough, along with its best products, the company is providing real customer support by giving a warranty on all of its home appliances. KAKA.PK home and electronic appliances are setting forth the best customer support and promoting the rights of customers in a way that was exotic previously.

Let’s get straight to the terms and conditions for claiming a warranty:

Note: there will be no money-back guarantee of products; only replacement will be entertained in case of any technical error within 3 months of purchase.  

  • The product must be bought from the official website or the retails outlet or official franchise of the company. In case the product is not purchased from an authorized retailer, KAKA.PK will not guarantee the product replacement.
  • To claim a warranty, the customer must consult the retailer. The warranty must be claimed via a retailer
  • The customer must have an original receipt of the purchased product, without the original receipt he cannot claim a warranty.
  • The warranty should be claimed within three months of purchase. The warranty will be nullified automatically after 3 months. In case a customer claims a warranty after the time limit is excelled KAKA.PK will not entertain any claims.
  • The replacement of the product will be done after thorough checking and testing of the products by our official technicians.
  • The company will not provide transportation of the product; the Customer will have to bear the transportation charges of the product.
  • KAKA.PK will not be responsible if the product is given to an unofficial retailer for repair and service.
